QOSQO NATIVE ART CENTER
The Qosqo Center of Native Art is the first group of music and folkloric dances of Peru, which was founded in 1924. It is conformed by a cast of 70 artists and a repertoire of 50 dances. Located in the department and district of Cusco, at Av. El Sol N° 604, it is a non-profit Civil Association, officially recognized by Supreme Resolution N° 149 of 07/11/1933 and declared as Cultural Heritage of Cusco by the Provincial Municipality of Cusco. The Qosqo Center presents daily shows of music and folkloric dances, also has a museum of traditional costumes and musical instruments, the shows are from 7.00 pm but if you want to have a unique experience you have to queue half an hour before to get in the best places.
MAMA AFRICA
Located in Portal de Planes 109 in the Plaza de Armas, it has an incredible view of the Cathedral of Cusco and stone buildings of the Inca period, open Monday to Sunday from 21:00 to 6:00 am, it is a good place if you are looking for fun and good music.
THE MUKI
Located at 114 Santa Catalina Angosta Street, it has 35 years leading the nightclubs of the city, distinguished as the best nightclub in the city, an award granted by the Association of Tourism Agencies. It has a stage for live music, two bars where national and international drinks are sold, and also a large dance floor perfect for meeting people and dancing all night long.
UKUKUS BAR
It is one of the oldest and most renowned nightclubs in the city, located on Plateros Street 316 second floor, two blocks from the Plaza de Armas, the opening hours are Monday to Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 am. Here live concerts and theatrical performances are presented, promoting local and national culture.
