UNAYTAMBO HOTEL

Fair to poor It is on a car-free street, close to some tourist attractions and shops. The bed is ok, but the room is very cold even with the heating on. The bathroom is freezing, there is no heating and very little water comes out of the shower. The breakfast is very poor and there is no restaurant. They accept cards to pay for the stay, but not to pay for water consumption. The staff is friendly.

4 nights in Unaytambo Hotel Excellent service. There is a distance from the main entrance to parking area. They help us a lot on preparing taxi and moving baggage. The hotel is sit on a history building, so prepare for the inclined floor and creaked noise. The location is good. It just opposite to Qurikancha and just few hundred meters to Plaza Mayor de Cusco.

Cusco hotel Lovely hotel, in a great location. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the beds are comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. They safely stored luggage when left for 5 days to do a trek. Breakfast is delicious and tea is available all day. The secluded courtyard is a lovely place to relax in the sunshine.

Great Location, Great Value This historic hotel is exceedingly clean, quite charming, and has a great location. It is located in a small alley which makes it very quiet. The staff was very attentive and quite helpful. We would happily stay there again if we travel back to Cusco!

Experience that exceeded my expectations! Excellent hotel with wonderful staff, John who took care of us made our stay even better. It is a small hotel that is very well run and super well located. All the advice they gave us was accurate. We will definitely return and we will gladly recommend it.

Privileged location and top-notch service. If you are thinking about going to Cusco, Unaytambo is a great accommodation option. It is in a quiet place, but very close to the Plaza de Armas, which is the historic center of the city. About a 5-minute walk, right in front of one of the city's main attractions, which is the Koricancha in the Santo Domingo Monastery. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is simple and great. The service couldn't be better. The staff are very helpful and attentive, solving anything you need. From cars, tours, excursions and any other need. The whole family loved this Hotel. Highly recommended!

Beautiful but tread lightly The hotel staff and location is amazing, the hotel itself is beautiful and rooms are. The floors do creak but thats expected when stay in a historic place. Showers were hot and rooms had heats break was good but could have more selections and be replenished but otherwise would definitely come back. Thank you John for helping out with anything we needed.

Just like at home in colonial Cusco Lovely and picturesque little hotel in a charming colonial building, ideally located 2 streets from the Place d'Armes. Attentive service at all times and good advice. Good breakfast and tea available all day. Good sized superior rooms. Electric heating very useful in winter. Only small downside, very noisy historic parquet floors which can be heard in neighboring rooms

Increíble hotel en Cusco! El hotel es increíble, en una casona inca, la entrada es por una callecita peatonal, casi al frente del Coricancha, súper céntrico, cerca a la plaza. Impecable y la atención de primera! Lo recomiendo!

Location, service and charm The service was super friendly and helpful. I guess for security reasons, the front door was always locked but reception staff were always quick to let us in. It meant everytime we entered there was a brief chance for conversation. Our luggage was safely stored when we left it overnight to go to Machu Picchu; the rooms were charming, spacious, warmed by efficient heaters and they were very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend this small boutique hotel.
