Mate de Coca : C'est une infusion de feuilles de coca, qui a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9dicinales et digestives. Cette boisson \u00e9vite l'inconfort du mal de l'altitude et est normalement offerte dans tous les h\u00f4tels \u00e0 l'arriv\u00e9e de leurs clients.<\/p>

Pisco Sour : Translucide, cristallin, brillant et incolore. Comme s'il s'agissait d'un diamant, le pisco requiert les m\u00eames caract\u00e9ristiques de qualit\u00e9 et de beaut\u00e9 pour recevoir son nom avec les honneurs. C'est donc une question de science et d'art que de fabriquer du pisco et aussi de savoir comment le boire. C'est un distillat de pur jus de raisin, entre 6 et 7 kilos pour obtenir un litre, qui ne comprend aucun autre ingr\u00e9dient que le mo\u00fbt fra\u00eechement ferment\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rentes vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de raisins de nos c\u00f4tes.
