Wie ein Diamant braucht auch der Pisco die gleichen Eigenschaften von Qualit\u00e4t und Sch\u00f6nheit, um seinen Namen mit Ehre zu tragen. Es ist also eine Frage der Wissenschaft und der Kunst, Pisco herzustellen und auch zu wissen, wie man ihn trinkt. Es handelt sich um ein Destillat aus reinem Traubensaft, das zwischen 6 und 7 Kilo pro Liter wiegt und keine andere Zutat enth\u00e4lt als den frisch vergorenen Most verschiedener Rebsorten unserer K\u00fcsten. Das Ergebnis: reiner Pisco. Reiner peruanischer Pisco, der den Gaumen und das Herz der Welt erfreut.
